Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson was born in Mexico to a family of musicians. Growing up she was influenced by the classical music of her parents, boleros as well as the more traditional romantic, ranchero, and romance ballads. Ana is a fan of tangos. Additionally, she enjoys operas and any form drama. After singing with her mom, she started more serious singing lessons at the age of 16 under the guidance of renown Mexican Tenor FlavioBecerra. The training in music continued at the School of Music of Guadalajara University. In the following years, she was a student at The School of Sacred Music of Toluca. She sang throughout Guadalajara, Mexico City and other cities as a young musician and student. When she moved into the United States in 2000, she sang with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before shifting to her home in the southern part of California. She's a frequent solo performer for private events and parties, performing traditional Latin American Music. As an active performer as well as an instructor, her love of art and music has her involved in a range of initiatives. Ana is also a former member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana thank the Inland Master Chorale for allowing her to perform the traditional Latin American song.
